공공정책대학원 2023-1학기 휴학·복학을 다음과 같이 안내합니다.
신청 전 아래의 유의사항을 반드시 읽어보시기 바랍니다.
★ 유의사항 ★ 1) 복학 예정자 - 2023-1학기 복학 예정자는 반드시 본 기간 내에 복학신청을 하셔야 합니다. 하지 않을 경우 미복학제적됩니다. 2) 휴학 신청 단위 - 휴학은 1개 학기 단위로 신청됩니다. - 1개 학기 휴학 후 복학(등록)하지 않거나, 연속휴학 신청을 하지 않으면 제적처리됩니다. 즉, 지난 학기에 휴학을 신청하셨고 이번 학기에 연속으로 휴학을 1번 더 하고 싶으신 경우 새로 신청하셔야 합니다. [연속 2회까지 가능] 3) 외국인 휴학 신청 - 외국인 휴학 신청의 경우, 비자가 바로 취소되기 때문에 휴학 취소가 불가합니다. 비자가 취소되면 학생들은 본국으로 돌아가야 합니다. 따라서 신중히 신청하시기 바랍니다. |
1. 휴·복학 신청 기간 : 2023.01.23.(월) ~ 2023.01.29.(일)
- 신입생은 첫 학기 일반휴학 불가
- 군휴학, 육아/출산휴학, 질병휴학의 경우 공공정책대학원 교학과(광915)로 증빙서류 제출이 필수입니다.
2. 신청 방법
가. 학사정보시스템 접속 → http://portal.sejong.ac.kr
- 크롬 또는 엣지 브라우저 사용
나. 본인의 ‘학번’ 및 ‘비밀번호’ 입력 후 로그인
다. 좌측 측면의 [메뉴보기] 클릭
라. [학적변동관리] 클릭
마. [학적변동신청] 클릭
1) ‘본인연락처’ 및 ‘보호자(보증인)연락처’ 확인 (연락처가 변경되었을 시에는 반드시 수정해야 함. 문자로 연락하기 때문에 미수정시 중요사항을 전달 못받을 수 있음)
2) [저장/NEXT] 버튼 클릭
3) [처리내역] 신청구분 선택
4) [저장(신청)] 버튼 클릭
5) 완료

* 휴학 중, 일반 휴학을 제외한 질병휴학, 군휴학, 육아휴학은 관련 증빙서류를 공공정책대학원 교학과로 제출하셔야 합니다.
* 일반휴학은 연속으로 2회까지 신청할 수 있습니다. 즉, 지난 2번의 학기를 모두 휴학하신 경우 이번학기는 연속 3회 째가 되며, 휴학을 신청하실 수 없어 반드시 복학(등록)하셔야 합니다.
* 기타 휴학 및 복학에 관한 자세한 사항은 대학원규정(공공정책대학원 홈페이지-학사안내-대학원규정)의 학칙 및 학칙시행세칙을 참고하시기 바랍니다.

[ ENGLISH ]
The following are instructions for on how to apply for leave of absence/return.
Please read the below "IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS" before proceeding with your application.
★ IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS (Please Read) ★ 1) Semester Leave for International Students - Once international students apply for semester leave, their VISA becomes nullified and students are obliged to return to their home country. 2) Semester Return Application - International students that are on leave who wish to return for the Spring 2023 Semester must apply within the designated period or may be expelled in accordance with graduate school regulations. 3) You can only apply for leave of absence for up to 1 semester at a time. Students may be expelled if they do not apply for semester leave/return after 1 semester on leave. Students who are currently on their first semester of leave and want to stay on leave for a second consecutive semester must re-apply for semester leave. |
1. Application Period for Semester Leave/Return : January 23, 2023 (Mon) ~ January 29, 2023 (Sun)
- Freshmen cannot apply for leave on their first semester.
- In the case of leave due to illness or child birth, submit the relevant documents to the Graduate School of public policy Office(Gwangaeto 915) after you apply online within the period above.
2. How to Apply
a) Access the Academic Information System → http://portal.sejong.ac.kr
- Please use Chrome or Microsoft Edge
b) Login using your student ID no. and password.
c) Click “View Menu” on the left
d) Click “Register Change and (Other) Major-related”
e) Click “School Register Change Application”
1) Check your contact info and make sure it's correct. You will be contacted via the phone number shown on the page if any further instructions are necessary. Therefore, you need to change it to a number that you are actually using.
2) If all the information is correct, click "NEXT"
3) In the “Process Result” section, select your “Application Type”
4) Click “Save”
5) Your online application is complete.
3. Application for Certificate of Admission (applies to International Students ONLY)

* If you are applying for a leave of absence due to illness or child birth, you need to submit the relevant documents to the Graduate School of public policy Office.
* General application for leave of absence can be used up to 2 semesters consecutively. So if this is your second consecutive semester on leave, you cannot re-apply for another semester on leave. You must apply for return.
