[학생증 발급을 위한 사진파일 제출 및 절차 안내]

학생증 신청을 원하는 재학생 및 휴학생은 메일을 통해 사진파일을 보내주시기 바랍니다.

(단, 이미 사진을 제출한 학생은 추가로 제출할 필요가 없습니다.)

*사진 등록 확인 방법 : 학사정보시스템 로그인 - 학적/자격시험 - 내 정보 관리 및 증명서 신청 - 신상정보관리 - 사진 보기

1. 사진파일 제출 기간: 2023.03.13.(월) ~ 03.19.(일) 

2. 사진제출 방법 (이메일 제출: pubsejong@sejong.ac.kr)

1) 메일제목 : 학생증 발급 사진 제출

2) 메일내용 : 학과, 학번, 이름, 휴대폰번호, 증명사진 첨부

-> 사진은 500KB이하 jpg. 파일만 가능, 130x150 픽셀을 권장

-> 사진파일명 : 학번_생년월일_jpg (ex.20123456_980101_jpg)

3. KB국민 학생증 체크카드 발급안내 (재학생, 휴학생 발급 가능)

1) 본인명의 스마트폰, 신분증(주민등록증 또는 운전면허증)을 준비

2) 스마트폰을 이용하여 구글 플레이스토어(안드로이드) 또는 앱스토어(IOS)에서

   ‘스타뱅킹(또는 KB Pay)’을 검색하여 앱 다운로드 및 설치

3) 하단의 ‘바로 신청하기 링크’를 통하여 편리하게 발급 신청

※ 수령방법은 카드 신청시 지정(주소지 또는 KB국민은행 지점) 

■ 학생증체크카드 바로 신청하기

① KB Pay (국민은행 입출금 계좌가 있는 경우) 

KB Pay > 우측 상단 메뉴탭(Ξ) > 카드

> 학생증/기업ID복지 체크카드 > 학생증체크카드 신청

  * 사진 등록이 완료된 재학생 및 휴학생에 한하여 바로 모바일로 신청 가능.  

② 스타뱅킹 (국민은행 입출금 계좌가 없는 경우) 

스타뱅킹 > 우측 상단 메뉴탭(Ξ) > 상품가입 > 입출금/카드> 대학교 학생증체크카드 만들기

사진 제출 후에 교학과에서 KB국민은행에 학생증 발급 관련 자료를 넘기는 데 소요되는 시간이 있기 때문에,

[Student ID Card Application for Spring 2023]

The following are instructions on how to apply for the student ID card.

1. Check whether your photo is registered

1) Login in to the Sejong Portal (ID: Student ID no. / Default PW: 8-digit birthdate)

2) Go to the menu below in the Academic Information System

- Menu : School Register Management > Academic Calendar and Certificate-related > Personal Information Management by Individual 

3) Click “Photo” and see whether your photo is registered

① If your photo is registered → Go to no. 3 below

② If there is no photo or you wish to change your photo → Go to no. 2 below

2. How to submit a photo (e-mail submission: pubsejong@sejong.ac.kr)
   Photo Submission  Period : March 13, 2023(Mon) ~ March 19, 2023(Sun)
   1) Mail title: A photo for student ID 
   2) E-mail contents: Department(major), name, student number, mobile phone numberor (You can skip it if you don't have it. ), 

                                  attachment of ID photo.
       -> Photo is less than 500KB jpg. File only, 130x150 pixels recommended
       -> Photo File Name: Student_Date of Birth_jpg (ex.20123456_980101_jpg) 

3. Student Card Application Period 

    Physical Student ID Card : from March 24, 2023 (Fri)

▶ International Students : Bank in Person Application (Kookmin Bank Children’s Park Branch) 

※ If you want to open a Kookmin Bank account and use a debit card student ID, 

   you have to bring the documents. 

   ① Certificate of registration 

    ② Certificate of alien registration 

   ③ Passport
